I wear boxers. I don't think I've ever actually sat right on my balls unless you count slamming them into the bike seat at a weird angle when in the midst of a mountain biking accident. However I have occasionally sat on enough of the ballsack baggage that it caused a very bad pinching which gave me some ball pain. I don't know if that counts.

Nah, this is when you start to sit down and they fall in between your legs, so that they're hanging lower than the back of your thighs, and then they get forced under when you bring your legs together as you sit. It's usually when I'm getting into the car, and I'd say it happens maybe once or twice a month.
