4.4 out of Santa Rosa. My whole house shook quite violently for about 10 seconds. Anyone else feel the rumblin'?

Yup, and I'm IN Santa Rosa. I was in a restaurant, everyone looked around for a bit, went "huh", and then went back to eating.

Yeah I felt it, felt like someone had tugged on the back of my chair. I noticed a lamp was swinging as well. Wasn't sure if I really felt a quake (as the IRC people will attest to) but loaded up the USGS and saw that there indeed was one.

Likewise. I can't even remember the last time I felt an earthquake up here. Possibly never.

I felt a teeny little wobble while sitting on my couch in Concord. Pretty far from the epicenter. I meant to mention it to my wife but then I forgot, that's how weenie it was.

A bunch of people mentioned it playing Chromehounds last night.

Pshaw, 4.4. That's no quake. That a truck driving by your office.

Now Northridge, that was a quake. And Sylmar. Jeff Green is probably old enough to remember the latter quite well. (I was a wee-baby.)

Felt it quite strongly here in the Presidio.

I felt it over in Concord, Ciparis felt it over in Mill Valley.

4.4 is a leetle stronger than a truck driving by. Particularly when it lasts for 10 seconds. It was enough to make things move visibly in my living room.
