Change that /imgs/logo.jpg to the URL of the new image and you are done. I didn't check to see if it was a transparent GIF or anything, you might have an issue with the black background if the new image doesn't have black or transparent.

Oh, and you'll want to save and upload the new image to your qt3 server rather than linking to it directly from wherever it is now.

Edit: And if you don't have the wherewithal to change files on the server, download FileZilla and use it to log in to your ftp server and push the new image up. Hopefully chet gets an ulcer reading this.

Assuming the admin isn't sure where to make the change, I believe they would need to log into the admin control panel, open the header template of the active vBulletin style and search the text of the template for the original image file name. Then place the new image into the same folder, and edit the file name but not the path. If the images are of equal size and the backgrounds match well (which appears to be the case) that should do the trick. Since we're all friends here, experimenting and then reverting if it goes badly shouldn't be too risky.
