Netherlands Concert Tickets

So I'm thinking I want to skip across the pond and see the Tool concert in Amsterdam on June 27. A friend of mine just recently moved to Rotterdam and I travel like a vagabond, so I've got room and board and all that covered. The only thing I can't figure out is how to buy tickets for overseas concerts.

No listings on ebay or craigslist Amsterdam; aka no easy way out. Any thoughts or help ideas?

Hate to break ik to you. But according to some random dutch site the gig is cancelled. The Heineken Music Hall where they were supposed to play doesn't list them on their schedule (anymore?). Even Tool's own site doesn't list the concert.
