find a woman who loves you (that's the hard part), then get her to play games with you. My wife played WoW with me, and she has also played lots of other games with me (I won't list them all because people get jealous when I do that). And she was NOT a gamer in any sense before we met.

Or do what I did. Find a lapsed gamer - someone who was kind of a nerd in high school and then tap into her inner desire to make things explode on a screen again.

I successfully converted my non-gaming, computer-phobic wife into an obsessive MMOGer, myself.

Actually had to have a Shadowbane intervention... so, kind of a mixed bag on that experience, really.

And before anyone questions her taste, Shadowbane had really great character creation for the paper doll/min-maxer type. Also, the character creation was pretty solid. Oh, and... uh... the character creation?
