Display Cases for hockey jerseys

I've got a few pro hockey jerseys I want to display. I could just hang 'em but honestly I think that having a nice frame with a glass panel would look better. However, I priced them out online and such a setup looks to start at 200 bucks, and more often than not closer to 250-300.

Anyone have any experience in finding a cheaper way to do this? Should I maybe go to a local framing shop and see if they can help me, or will the fact that it's not a painting throw them off?

A local framing shop could help. But by the same token, you're also unlikely to save any money.

A framing shop can probably be best, but I believe at some sports shops you can buy made display cases. I have no idea about the cost involved.

He said he wanted to save money. Forget a framing store. Framing stores should be brought up on charges for racketeering. My buddy likes Houdini. I bought him a Houdini poster at the Houdini store in the New York New York. It cost ten bucks. I went to a framing store. I asked the guy "Yeah, how much to put this in a nice black frame? Nothing fancy. Like this one?" "Ten ninety-five." "Sweet, eleven bucks?" "No, one thousand ninety five dillars." "How about this flimsy black fucker?" "Ninety-five dollars."

One hundred dollar frame for a 10 dollar poster. I forged a fucking Houdini signature at the bottom to justify it to myself.
