LOTR trivia site?

In one of the LOTR threads there was a link to a site that had an enormous amount of information about the trilogy and its backstory. Does anyone have the link handy? I've been looking through old posts for a while now and can't find it.

My wife and I are watching the extended version of FotR and have been discussing the difference between orcs and goblins. I'm telling her these are the same thing, but would like to have some proof.
