Good thing he was rich before he did something this stupid, because I don't foresee anyone financing it but himself. I seriously doubt too much money came from outside investors. Then again, he could just be fleecing them.

If he finds any kind of oil we'll never hear the end of it. (Whereas, if he doesn't it will fade away and be forgotten.)
