Good for him, he's been working toward this for a long time.

When I read the title of this thread, I thought my script for "Shit Blows Up!," wherein the sweaty, wife-beater wearing Rock and Vin Diesel walk away in slo-mo from massive explosions for 90 minutes, had finally made it to the right people.

I still have yet to see the brilliance that denotes the type of fame and promotion this guy gets. Alice was fun, but not THAT fun. Haven't tried Scrapland, maybe that will give me some insight.

He had extremely little to do with Scrapland though. Alice is the only game he's ever made.

He does have the good fortune of having a cool name. :)

Not entirely true. He worked at id Software for four years or so and contributed to the games they released during that period.

Directed, I meant. And wasn't he a level designer?

Well not that I'm knocking level designers, but giving a level designer credit for a whole game is like naming your movie "Sean Bertram's Shit Blows Up," when Sean Bertram was the Second Unit Director.

And didn't he get canned for being a goof-off or dillhole and/or fart whomper?

My question is what are they going to call the movie? Jerry Bruckhiemer's American McGee's Oz or American McGee's Jerry Bruckhiemer's Oz?

Jerry Bruckheimer presents American McGee's Oz, a Jerry Bruckheimer film.
