Just started playing the other day. I'm an Orc Warrior, level 8. In the beta I had a decent Undead Warlock and Human Mage - did those carry over into final? - so I had to go with the zug zug for retail.

I must have some sort of Character Attention Deficit Disorder... I've a 14 Hunter, 14 Druid, 13 Mage, on a variety of servers, and started up a handful of alts.

One of my guildmates on Earthen Ring was saying that perhaps a best "level comparison" for those of us who just can't commit is the square root of the sum of squares of your characters.... which gives me a level 23.685 DruiMageTer.

I've got an 8, a 11, a 7, a 5, and a 4 at the moment. (Though to be fair, I was out of town for Thanksgiving depriving me of prime levelling time.)

It's not so much that I can't decide as that I keep making alts to not get any one too far ahead of the friends I bought the game to play with. Plus the different classes are interestingly diverse. Except for the damn newbie areas.. which I'm tired of already.

Gajah, troll hunter on Argent Dawn. Only twelve, but to be fair, I had family in all last week. Not that it's a race or anything, right?

Plus the usual collection of alts that I habitually create. I keep trying to get a shaman up past the low teens. I really wanna try ghost wolf form, which I never made in beta.

I really miss being able to change classes (my only other MMOG is FFXI). I was pretty excited about playing a NE character because the jobs I'm really interested in (warrior, rogue, hunter, druid) are all available to them.

Having a great time, though. I love how you level up by questing. I also like jumping :D
