Qt3 Movie Podcast: The Amazing Spider-Man

So, uh, The Amazing Spider-Man. Yep. Thanks, Marc Webb. At the 48-minute mark, this week’s 3×3 is the best genetics in a movie. We don’t really know what to make of the subject either.

“Thanks, Marc Webb.” Holy hubbard. I’m a total moron. As much as we talked about how this doofus got the job directing this hundred millions dollars movie, I never once keyed on his name. Marc Webb. Webb.

That’s how he got the job. I’m an idiot.

If only John Spidersilk and Paul Arachnid hadn’t been committed to other projects!

  • Mark O’Brien

FYI, Ciarán Hinds’ name is pronounced Keerawn, not Syrian. It’s the original Irish name from which Kieran/Kieron (e.g. Kieron Gillen) are derived. Good podcast as always.

Just had a chance to listen to this. Regarding Kelly’s Americanecdote, I, and probably most of America and Canada like to personally throw onto the front porch of any LA denizen who was complaining it was ‘too cold’. It was so miserable here Saturday that I actually *almost* walked down to the neighborhood theater to see this crapfest. I know I wouldn’t have liked it, but it was almost worth it to sit in the AC for a couple of hours.

Hilarious episode, much funnier than the movie was, I’m sure.

    And, oops, accidental HTML.

    They are remaking Starship Troopers….

This movie’s one of the three greatest unintentional comedies ever made, and I’m so not trolling. Don’t miss it. Or it was intentional and Marc Webb totally pwned me.

Ah, thanks for that! That makes perfect sense now that you mention it.
