Bangai-O Spirits review
Bangai-O Spirits is really terrible.
Too Human review
You could say Too Human has cornered the market on the cyber-Norse motif.
Tom vs. Bruce: Dawn of War (rerun)
Monster Madness: Grave Danger review
My theory as to why Monster Madness and its recent Playstation 3 iteration, Grave Danger, got such bad reviews is that too few people know about Zombies Ate My Neighbors.
Soulcalibur IV review
…check out Sophitia and Ivy. Heh heh. Heh. Heh. Watch what happens when she jumps. Heh heh.
Braid review
Braid is an absolutely brilliant game and quite possibly a work of genius. I don’t like it one bit.
The boys of QuakeCon 2008
This is old-school gaming, a boys’ pursuit, geared to fast reflexes and a strident disregard for ninny concerns like narrative and atmosphere.
The Mummy: Tomb of the Dragon Emperor review
The only surprising moment is when the player takes control of an abominable snowman who has trundled down from the Himalayas to mercilessly pummel some Chinese soldiers. After that, fighting a three-headed dragon is kind of anticlimactic.
Tom vs. Bruce: Kohan II (rerun)
Tom vs. Bruce vs. Erik: Joint Operations (rerun)
Depths of Peril review
Think of it as a dungeon hack for the Homeland Security era.
